30 day money back guarantee – products

Heaven Labs, s.r.o. with headquarters at Modletice 194, 251 01 Modletice, Czech Republic, IČO: 032 57 398, entered into the commercial register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Department C, File No. 229291 (Seller) hereby establishes the conditions for return of goods/individual products by the Customer (Consumer) as part of the 30-day money-back guarantee.

ManaPowder™

1. The Consumer is entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of each powder (flavour/item listed on eshop) with 7 pouches of ManaPowder.

2. The Consumer shall send to the address of the Seller:

  • The originally sealed box, or
  • The opened box together with 6 unopened pouches and 1 opened/used pouch of ManaPowder™.
3. Returned boxes must contain all original packaging, but the pouch may be opened and its content may be consumed.

ManaDrink™

1. The Consumer is entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of 12 ManaDrinks of each Drink(flavour/item listed on eshop).

2. The Consumer shall send to the address of the Seller:
  • The originally sealed box, or
  • The opened box together with 11 unopened bottles and 1 opened/used bottle of ManaDrink™.

3. Returned boxes must contain all original packaging, but the bottle may be opened and its content may be consumed.

ManaBurger™

1. The Consumer is entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of the ManaBurger™.

2. The Consumer shall send to the address of the Seller only the original paper box without its content; no ManaBurger™ shall be in the box.

3. As part of the process of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Consumer shall send photo documentation of the spoilage or disposal of at least one ManaBurger™.

Family Pack

1. The “30-day money-back guarantee” does not apply to the Family Pack.

ManaBar

1. The Consumer is entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of 28 ManaBars (flavour/item listed on eshop).

2. The Consumer shall send to the address of the Seller:

  • The originally sealed box, or
  • The opened box together with 27 unopened ManaBars and 1 opened/consumed ManaBar.

Bundles and products from the "Taste Mana" section

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to any of the products listed in the 'Taste Mana' section, i.e. individual items or packs not specifically mentioned above. Nor does it apply to special Mana combinations, so-called Mana Bundles.
