Marcela Chadrabová
Facility Manager
Marcela is our Facility Manager.
Her duties are many. One is to make sure our team has everything they need to get the work done, and comfortably. Another is OHS documentation and training.
Before joining Mana, she worked as Operations Manager at Olivova dětská léčebna o.p.s (Olive Children's Clinic) for 3 years. She led a team of 12 people responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and reception. Because the clinic was for children, all regulations, hygiene standards, and OHS provisions had to be followed strictly.
She devotes most of her spare time to her friends and children, and likes to be around active people who bring out the best in her. When in need of a reset, she turns to sport (running, cycling, volleyball, and self-defence).
